As a Customer Service team Member, you'll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued trade customers. Whether you're helping with product inquiries, processing orders, or providing expert advice, your efforts will directly contribute to our customers' success.
You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, connecting with a diverse group of clients, and supporting their business needs. Think of it as a mix of customer service, sales, and problem-solving, all while being part of a supportive and fun team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist trade customers with product inquiries, quotes, and orders.
- Provide expert advice on our product range to help customers make informed decisions.
- Ensure a seamless order process from start to finish.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade clients.
- Keep the store and stock in top shape, ensuring products are available and accessible.
About You:
- A passion for customer service and building lasting relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- A knack for handling multiple tasks while staying calm under pressure.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- A valid NZ driver’s license (Full Class 1) and F endorsement (or willingness to obtain).
- A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and high standards of quality.
