Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking 1 Marketing Specialist to join the team in Wellington.

Requirements for candidates:

5 years relevant work experience or a Bachelor of above relevant qualification in Marketing or Communication.

Positive attitude and be self-motivated.

Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with others, cope with multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and be detail-oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Strategic Planning

• Conduct regular client interviews and data analysis to gain in-depth understanding of business status, customer needs, and key product value propositions;

• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to identify market opportunities and potential risks;

• Develop customized, multi-phase integrated marketing strategies based on research insights, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and measurable outcomes.

2. Content Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Execute advertising campaigns across digital channels such as search engines, social media, and display networks, in alignment with strategic objectives and timelines;

• Create and publish branded content including articles and social media posts, maintaining up-to-date content on company website and platforms to ensure consistent brand presence;

• Prepare and maintain marketing performance reports to monitor progress and support data-driven strategy refinement.

3. User Acquisition & Performance Optimization

• Track and optimize cross-platform advertising performance, continuously improving key metrics such as impressions, CTR, and conversion rates;

• Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI);

• Identify potential challenges proactively and propose actionable solutions to enhance marketing effectiveness and client satisfaction;

• Foster long-term client relationships with a focus on business growth and retention, maintaining client retention rates at or above company benchmarks.
