Our client is a professional and well-established Automotive repair business in Christchurch. We have a Collision repair department and a Bridgestone tyre department which compliments the Mechanical workshop. We have a busy, professional team and we provide on-going training to enhance your skills. This role is crucial to keeping our business moving, and is responsible for:


Supporting the maintenance manager to achieve the accountabilities and KPI’s.
Completing jobs as assigned, including preventative maintenance 
Ensuring all vehicles are serviced as per the manufacturer's recommendations.
Keeping the workshop clean, tidy, and organised at all times, ensuring that all tools and equipment used for maintenance and repairs are put away at the end of the job.
Being proactive and looking for ways to improve the workshop.
Abiding by all Health and Safety Policies and procedures.
Reporting all accidents, incidents, near misses, and hazards immediately.
Actively leading and monitoring Health and Safety Policy initiatives to improve Health and Safety policies within the workplace.
Carrying out any additional duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably required tommeet the demands of efficient company functioning.

Minimum of hours of work is 30 hours and maximum is 45 hours.
