Your day-to-day will include:
- Installing, servicing, and repairing commercial and industrial refrigeration & air con systems
- Diagnosing faults and performing hands-on repairs
- Providing exceptional customer service across a wide client base
- Working both independently and alongside a skilled team
- Delivering top results with a focus on safety and performance
What We’re Looking For
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience in commercial and/or industrial refrigeration and A/C systems
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Great communication and customer service mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Relevant trade qualification and licensing
- A safety-first attitude
- $50/hr = $105K-$120K/year (AUD)
- Flights covered – we’ll fly you over!
- Temporary accommodation provided to help you settle in

- Tool allowance of $14/week
- On-call bonus – $250/week
- Overtime & Penalty Rates apply (no more unrewarded long hours)
