About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and safety-conscious Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS – Practising Category A & B) to oversee traffic management on active roads. This role involves working with vehicles, pedestrians, and road crews, ensuring safety and smooth traffic flow.

You will be responsible for setting up and managing temporary traffic management (TTM) sites, enforcing safety protocols, and leading Traffic Controllers (TCs). A strong focus on health and safety and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage temporary traffic control on-site.

  • Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times.

  • Supervise and support Traffic Controllers (TCs).

  • Monitor site conditions and adjust traffic management plans as needed.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and contractors.

Key Requirements

  • STMS Practising Qualification (Category A & B) – essential

Proven experience in traffic management

  • Full Class 1 driver’s license (Class 2 preferred but not essential)

Strong focus on health and safety

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
