ORAONE Pharmaceuticals Limited is a newly established pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Auckland, led by an experienced and forward-thinking management team. We are currently seeking two meticulous and dedicated Product Quality Controllers or Quality Assurance Assessors to join our quality assurance team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the high standards of our pharmaceutical products.

Quality Assurance Assessor (2 Positions Available)

 

Location: 43 Druces Road, Wiri, Auckland 2104, New Zealand

Job Type: Full-time (Minimum 30 hours per week)

Pay Rate: $23.50 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience

Salary may be reviewed based on performance

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Study product specifications and take precise measurements to ensure compliance
  • Examine and mark products for visible defects such as cracks, holes, or breakages
  • Perform minor repairs and product adjustments where necessary
  • Grade and assess products, assigning classifications and recording details accurately
  • Collect and label product samples according to inspection procedures
  • Prepare and test samples using prescribed methods
  • Compile thorough quality assurance reports and maintain proper documentation
  • Report findings clearly and escalate any quality concerns or non-compliance issues
  • Keep inspection logs, sampling records, and test data up to date and well-organized
  • Collaborate with the production team to uphold consistent product quality
  • Liaise with client overseas for basic quality related matters and report to manager for solutions

Skills and Requirements

  • NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification or above, or at least two years of relevant work experience in quality control or a similar field
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Multi language skill is preferred as we have significant enquiries from overseas clients, especially Asia and South-East Asia.
