This role involves working on construction projects in both Auckland and Queenstown. The successful candidate must be willing to travel and work in either location as required by project demands.

Task include:
• Read drawings and blueprint to determine materials, dimensions, and installation
procedures
• Selecting proper timbers and materials according to the requirements
• Cutting material into the required shapes
• Erecting framework and roof framing, laying sub-flooring and floorboards, and
verifying trueness of structures
• Secure the form with nails, bolts, screws or other hardware.
• Nailing fascia panels, sheath roofs
• Fitting exterior wall cladding and door and window frames
• Use hand tools, power tools and machinery safely.
• Any other reasonable tasks required by the leader
Requirements for the applicants:
1. A relevant qualification equivalent to NZQF level 4 is mandatory.
2. At least two years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualification
listed above.
3. Regular and reliable attendance.
4. Contribute towards the smooth running of the team.
5. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
6. Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions
