Automotive Service Technician

Our Client  in Auckland is looking for a qualified and experienced Automotive Service Technician to join their growing workshop team in Auckland.
 We are looking for an independent worker who is a go-getter and not
 afraid of hard work.
 Hourly rate $30- 45.00 p/h (package negotiable for suitable candidate
 )
 Minimum 40 Hours, Maximum 60 Hours per week. 
3+ years related experience required. 
Must be eligible to work and currently be living in New Zealand.

• 
   Duties: 
  Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
   
   
   Diagnosing problems with vehicle's Engine / electrical systems,
   rewiring, repairing, and doing regular servicing 
  To be punctual and arrive at the workplace at the required time
  
   · To be an active team member
   · To use initiative and be proactive in any given situation
   · To maintain your tool kit in good working order, and look aer
   Any tooling supplied by Simms Electrical
   · To lead by example
   · To complete al projects in an efficient, timely & professional manner
   manner, to the satisfaction of the customer and to the
   standards of Simms Electrical
   · To communicate effectively and maintain good working
   relationships with customers, management, and staff
   · To advise and discuss any difficulties that may arise with any
   project, management, or staff
   · To apply and abide by Simms' electrical House Rules,
   Company, and Health & Safety policies
   · To incorporate Simms' electrical Core Values that are an
   integral part of the business
   · To complete daily timesheets accurately
   · To keep accurate job details and records
   · To undertake other work as discussed and when requested 

The role reports to the Workshop Manager.
