At Ameba Technologies Limited, marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who’s eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. The manager should beexperienced with day-to-day marketing activities and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
It is a full-time role. You will be paid $30 -$34 per hour depending on experience. You will work a minimum of 30 hours and a maximum of 50 hours a week. The job will be based in Christchurch, Caterbury region.
Responsibilities of this role
- Developing and reviewing policies, programs, and procedures concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
- laising with other organisation units, service agents, and customers to identiy and respond to customer expetations.
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Partner with email, performance marketing, and web teams to design, test, and evolve lead-nurturing tactics.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal communication channels, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, and support sales initiatives.
- Conduct market research to identify potential demand, market characteristics, and opportunities for new and existing products and services.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights for optimization.
- Present ideas, reports, and final deliverables to internal and external teams, while communicating marketing strategies and budgets to senior leadership.
- Create, schedule, and publish marketing content across social media platforms and websites
Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum Level 5 (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or relevant field or minimum of two years of work experience in relevant industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A flare for marketing tasks.

- Prior Experience in designing interactive applications and networking platforms
