Your Key Key Duties will include:
- Producing product that meets or exceeds the specification and quality requirements
- Monitoring and adjusting production parameters to support KPIs
- Capturing issues and defining refinements to plant equipment and control systems to continuously seek further production performance and efficiency
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
- Setup and commission of automated machinery when required as per specifications in a mechanical, electrical and control capacity
- Optimising automation and control systems to deliver improvement to plant KPIs
- Inspecting plant to ensure optimum performance is maintained
- Performing the preventative maintenance of plant equipment
- Repairing plant equipment to minimise downtime without compromising ongoing reliability
- Remaining safe in your workplace and ensuring compliance to the health and safety plan and associated policies and procedures
- Loading and/or issuing of raw materials to the production process
- Preparing and performing QA testing requirements required within the production process
- Other duties as are from time to time needed to keep the production line moving
Required:
- A level 4 relevant electrical, mechanical or electromechanical/mechatronics or related qualification or
- 3 years experience in a comparable or complementary manufacturing environment
Advantageous:
