We are a long standing plastering company based in Auckland, looking for an experience Plasterer to join our team. The role involves applying plaster to walls and ceilings, repairing surfaces, and ensuring a high-quality finish on all projects.

The positions are guaranteed of minimum 30 working hours per week with a pay rate of minimum $23.50/hour to a max of $25/hour. 

Responsibilities:

    • Apply plaster or render to interior and exterior surfaces.
    • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying base coats.
    • Mix plaster ingredients to the correct consistency.
    • Install and finish plasterboard and prefabricated panels.
    • Spread, level, and smooth plaster using trowels and other tools.
    • Create decorative textures and finishes when required.
    • Repair and restore damaged or cracked plaster.
    • Use various tools, including trowels and plastering machines.
    • Follow building codes and workplace safety procedures.
      
Requirements:
    • Previous experience in plastering for a minimum of 2 years .
    • Knowledge of different plastering techniques and materials.
    • Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
    • Physical fitness to handle manual work.
