The Role

Supporting the National Sales Manager and wider team, you will also oversee your own portfolio of B2B clients, ensuring seamless operations from order processing to delivery. Your core responsibilities include:

  • Sales Analysis & Reporting – Generate and analyze sales data, prepare insights reports, track performance trends, and support forecasting.

  • Tender & Contract Management – Coordinate sales projects, complete tender documents, manage contract renewals, and assist with presentations.

  • CRM & Administration – Maintain CRM records, onboard new accounts, schedule meetings, and assist with travel arrangements.

  • Inside Account Management – Build strong relationships with key clients, identify sales opportunities, and contribute to business growth.

  • Marketing & Promotions – Assist with campaign execution, manage social media updates, coordinate product samples, and oversee promotional materials.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in an administration, sales support, or coordination role—ideally within packaging, labels, print, or manufacturing.

  • Highly analytical with advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in sales performance analysis.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to anticipate client needs.

  • Commercially savvy with a high work ethic and ability to multitask.

  • A full driver’s license and car. Occasional client visits will be required. Reimbursed expenses apply when using own car.

  • A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not essential if you have relevant experience.
