A to Z Limited is a New Zealand based Company operating for over 12 years. We are involved in Cleaning and Courier business across the Canterbury district. We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth and strengthen our brand. The successful applicant will be self-motivated and eager learn and grow. Given the nature of our business, you will be required to work in the weekends and outside the normal working hours whenever required.

We guarantee minimum of 30 hours per week, with the pay rate between $32.00 - $37.00 per hour.
Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
- plans, organises, directs, controls and coordinates the sales and marketing activities
- directing the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets in order to maximise an organisation's sales and customer loyalty
- directing the development and implementation of strategies to promote an organisation's goods and services to as many people as possible
- directing the development and implementation of strategies to generate increased consumption of an organisation's goods and services through the creation and reinforcement of 'brand image' or 'brand loyalty'
- directing the development and implementation of strategies to build and maintain an organisation's image and reputation with its customers, investors and the wider public
To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following:
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role or Level 5 or above qualification in marketing/management or similar
- A natural ability to develop a strong team culture and drive performance
- You’ll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
