We are looking for 1 person


- with a minimum three years work experience, the legal right to be in and work in NZ. A very good knowledge of current NZ health  safety regulations. Acurrent Site Safe card. A clean and current NZ drivers license and own transport - We work around the Wellington region, Be physically able and fit to cope with the work - You will be asked to complete a medical clearance form and Our work sites are subject to random drug testing as part of H&S regulations. You must be able to understand and follow English verbal instructions. You will be a team player with the ability to fit in with a range of staff from different ethnicities and cultures. Has the ability to work with minimal supervision, trustworthy, and honest. Enrolled in or have completed the BCITO qualification in PPCS is preferred.


Our work week is generally Monday to Friday 40hrs with some overtime -Saturday work may be required depending on project


Duties:

  • Preparation of plaster compounds to the desired consistencies and standard.
  • Building pre plaster preparation work including preparation of plastered window sills, window and door reveals, external corners etc including fitting of appropriate moldings and trims.
  • Apply plaster and mesh systems to building surfaces.
  • Apply plaster texture finishes as specified to a high standard.
  • Grooming plastered surfaces to a standard suitable for painting.
  • Masking and siliconing of dwelling where and as required.
  • Demasking and final grooming of plastered/ painted dwelling.
  • Plastering or rendering concrete or brick walls
