Beauty Therapist

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Beauty Treatments:

• Conduct consultations to understand clients' needs and tailor treatments accordingly.

• Perform treatments such as:

  • Facials (deep cleansing, anti-aging, hydration, etc.)

  • Body treatments (body scrubs, wraps, detoxifying treatments)

  • Hair removal (waxing, threading, sugaring)

  • Manicures & pedicures (basic to luxury, including gel polish)

  • Massage therapy (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, hot stone)

  • Lash and brow treatments (tinting, shaping, lash lifts, extensions)

  • Makeup application for events or daily wear.

• Use and recommend professional skincare and beauty products.

Customer Experience:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable and valued.

• Provide aftercare advice and product recommendations to maintain treatment benefits.

• Build a loyal clientele through consistent, high-quality service.

• Serve clients as per the booking system 
• monitor booking system

Hygiene & Safety:

• Ensure tools, equipment, and treatment areas are sanitized and organized.

• Follow all health and safety protocols to prevent contamination or injury.

• Dispose of waste materials according to local guidelines.

Administration & Sales:

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records.

• Process payments and manage bookings (if required).

• Promote and upsell products or additional services to enhance the client’s experience.

• Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the management.

Teamwork & Development:

• Attend regular team meetings, training, and workshops.

• Share knowledge and techniques with team members.

• Keep informed on industry trends, new products, and technology.

Qualification and experience required:

Either 3 years of relevant work experience or level 4 or above qualification is required
