You’ll be working with a diverse team of fun-loving, problem-solvers on some great clients, and across the full spectrum of marketing technology, digital media, search and analytics, design and connected creative storytelling. Partner closely with our team of multi-award winning and world-class creative thinkers and collaborate with our technology teams.
You’ll need to have agency or client experience. Be great with data and translating it into actionable insights. Ability to independently execute and optimise digital campaigns. We’re going places.
Your role is to

Conduct in-depth statistical analysis using tools like Python/SPSS, configure GA4 for custom events, and manage Adform DMP for targeted audience creation.

Expertly manage DV360, CM360, and GTM, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration of all tracking and ad serving technologies.

Create comprehensive, data-driven reports with Looker Studio, translating complex data into actionable insights through compelling visualisations.

Collaborate with creative teams, providing analytical input for rich media development and ensuring accurate tracking implementation.

Independently execute and optimise digital campaigns, leveraging advanced analytics to achieve and exceed key performance indicators.
The skills you will need
-
Advanced Bachelor of Science (BS) in Statistics.

Minimum 6 months of functional agency experience.

Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Display & Video 360 (DV360), Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Looker Studio.

Proficiency in statistical data analysis tools such as Python, SPSS, Stata, or R.

Experience in creating comprehensive data visualisations.

Experience with Adform DMP and creating targeted audiences.

Strong understanding of Meta Pixel implementation and Meta Ads campaign management.

Experience with Google Creative Studio and Adform studio.

Proficiency in Excel VBA and MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
