Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Building Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a passion for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general construction activities, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.
  • Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, masons, and electricians.
  • Follow safety regulations.
  • Maintain tools, machinery, and construction materials.
  • Ensure work areas are clean and adhere to workplace safety guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience or relevant qualification
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
