The Top Energy Group operates throughout the Far North delivering geothermal electricity generation and electricity network operations. We are enabling Northland to contribute to the decarbonisation challenge by transforming the Top Energy Group into a technology-enabled energy company that generates and facilitates two-way energy flow between renewable energy generators and consumers.
We are currently seeking a dynamic HR and Training Administrator, who thrives in a busy and fast paced environment, to cover parental leave for a period of up to 12 months. The successful candidate will assist with implementing, maintaining, and managing Top Energy's Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting the wider Human Resources team with general administration tasks.
This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and is based in Kerikeri.
Key areas of focus will be:
- In conjunction with managers, investigate training options, source delivery, including quotations through to course bookings, arranging purchase orders
- Recording of all training and reporting of training statistics
- Arranging inductions for new staff
- Organising appointments for annual health monitoring for staff
To succeed in this role, you will have NCEA Level 2 or higher and may have completed Human Resources related tertiary study as well as having worked in an office administration role for at least 3 years. It would be an advantage to have at least 1 year or more experience in an HR or Training environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products at an intermediate level and a full clean NZ Drivers Licence are essential.
