Requirements:

2 Years of relevant work experience OR Level 4 Qualification or above

Purpose of the Role:
As a Barber, you will provide exceptional men’s haircutting, shaving, and grooming services in a welcoming and community-focused environment. You will utilize both contemporary and classic techniques—ranging from fades, scissor cuts, and line-ups to beard trims and cut-throat razor shaves—to help clients achieve their desired style while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Expert Haircutting & Grooming:
    • Deliver precision haircuts, including fades, scissor cuts, and traditional styles tailored to each client.
    • Perform detailed beard trims, line-ups, and cut-throat shaves using expert techniques.
  • Client Consultation & Service:
    • Engage with clients to understand their grooming needs and offer professional advice on hairstyles and hair care products.
    • Ensure each client enjoys a personalized, friendly, and professional experience.
  • Workplace Standards & Cleanliness:
    • Uphold rigorous cleanliness and safety standards to maintain a hygienic working environment.
