Established in 2021, Cyan Blue Limited is a thriving music and art training school located on Auckland’s North Shore. We are dedicated to nurturing creativity and inspiring excellence in our students through high-quality instruction in music, visual arts, and performance. As we continue to expand our presence and impact, we are seeking an experienced and passionate marketing officer to join our team and drive our marketing and outreach efforts.

About the Role

 

As the Marketing officer, you will play a vital role in shaping the public image of Cyan Blue and supporting our growth by developing and executing effective marketing strategies. Your work will help us reach new students, promote our programs, and position us as a leading provider of music and art education in New Zealand.

 

Key Responsibilities

·       Research and analyse market trends, competitor offerings, service updates, and customer preferences within the music and art education sector.

·       Develop and refine marketing and outreach strategies that align with the school’s vision and respond to changing market dynamics.

·       Provide expert input on campaign planning, pricing, events, branding, and communication strategies.

·       Coordinate the creation of marketing materials including advertising content, campaign proposals, and promotional presentations.

·       Monitor marketing performance and prepare reports on key sales and engagement metrics.

·       Identify potential new offerings and assess market demand for additional music or art programs.

·       Design and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media management, and email marketing.

·       Develop creative content for social media, newsletters, event promotions, and website updates.

Qualifications and Experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, Arts, or a related field (Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred) or at least 5 years of experience in marketing, or management—preferably within the education or creative industries.

·       Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.

·       Ability to analyse data and adapt strategies to meet goals.

·       Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

·       New Zealand Residency or Citizenship is preferred.
