Tasks and responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems and components
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with refrigeration systems
  • Perform regular system inspections and preventative maintenance
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure system efficiency and safety
  • Provide high-quality service to clients and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician 
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC systems, and electrical components
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Refrigeration and Air-conditioning trade qualification L4
  • EST
  • Experience with Ammonia essential Co2 advantageous but not essential 
  • Current Driver's license.
  • Able to contribute to afterhours on call roster if needed.
