What you'll need to succeed:
Honest, reliable, hardworking with a "can do" attitude and willing to learn.
Ability to work under pressure in multiple sites.
Passion for the industry 3 years of relevant work experience or have bachelor's degree (or above)
The role will include but not be limited to:
Develop and execute strategic brand plans that align with company objectives, ensuring long-term growth and market leadership.
Lead innovation projects from concept to launch, working closely with R&D, supply chain, and marketing teams to introduce new and exciting products.
Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, in-store, and traditional media) to build brand awareness and loyalty.
Analyse consumer trends, market data, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Manage brand P&L, optimise budgets, and track performance metrics to ensure a strong return on investment.
Work closely with internal teams, agency partners, and key stakeholders to bring brand initiatives to life and achieve business objectives.
