With busy schedule, this experienced role requires a candidate with at least two years of relevant expereience or a relevant qualification. Job Description:
- Relevant experience of two years or a relevant qualification
- Providing high level administrative, strategic planning and operational support to the staff
- research on administrative matter, such as staff management, financial planning, facility management and information services
- developing and managing the organisations administrative staff and support
- implementing adminitrative, financial and operational procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the organisation
- analysing and solving resolve management issues and initiatives that affect the organisation, preparing associates reports, correspondence, etc
- providing information and support for the preparationg of financial reports an budgets
- making sure the business runs smoothly and the provision of accurate and timely information
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with client and staff
- excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- excellent customer service skills
Applicant must be able to do flexible working hours, including weekends and public holiday as the role requires
Salary range for the position is $29.66-$30.00 per hour
