Supreme Cleaning Services is seeking a passionate Operations Manager to assist a busy owner with operations and management. With busy schedule, this experienced role requires a candidate with at least two years of relevant expereience or a relevant qualification. In this full-time, you'll play a vital role in driving sucess and efficiency.

Job Description:

  • Relevant experience of two years or a relevant qualification
  • Providing high level administrative, strategic planning and operational support to the staff
  • research on administrative matter, such as staff management, financial planning, facility management and information services
  • developing and managing the organisations administrative staff and support
  • implementing adminitrative, financial and operational procedural statements and guidelines for use by staff in the organisation
  • analysing and solving resolve management issues and initiatives that affect the organisation, preparing associates reports, correspondence, etc
  • providing information and support for the preparationg of financial reports an budgets
  • making sure the business runs smoothly and the provision of accurate and timely information
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with client and staff
  • excellent problem solving and decision making skills
  • excellent customer service skills

Applicant must be able to do flexible working hours, including weekends and public holiday as the role requires

Salary range for the position is $29.66-$30.00 per hour
