What are you be doing?

· Analyzing drawings and specifications to identify the required materials, dimensions, and installation procedures.

· Ordering and selecting timbers and other materials, then preparing layouts accordingly.

· Cutting materials to size, assembling, and securing pieces by nailing or other methods.

· Constructing frameworks, roof structures, laying sub-flooring, and installing floorboards while ensuring structures are level and true.

· Installing fascia panels, roof sheathing, exterior wall cladding, as well as door and window frames.

· Assembling prefabricated wooden components into structures and fittings for installation.

· Crafting wood joints with precision.

· Repair and modify existing fixtures and fittings.

· Adhere to health and safety standard

· Other reasonable tasks required by management

What will you bring?

Minimum 2 years relevant work experience, or equivalent level 4 or above qualification;

Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets regulatory requirements

Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment

Troubleshoot and solve on-site issues efficiently

Ability to read and interpret plans and technical drawings

Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team

Mandarin speaker is preferred as most of our clients are Chinese
