Project Admin/Coordinator
We are seeking 2 hands-on Project Admin/Coordinator with a strong background in project management to oversee our line marking and maintenance/building operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience managing teams, ensuring quality control, and maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Plan, manage, and execute road and line marking projects from start to finish.

Oversee site operations, ensuring safety, quality control, and adherence to industry standards.

Utilise knowledge to assess surface conditions and ensure proper preparation for marking.

Lead and supervise crews, managing work schedules and ensuring project deadlines are met.

Operate and maintain specialised equipment such as line marking machines.

Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.

Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, leveraging experience in workplace risk management.

Manage procurement and budgeting for materials, tools, and project resources.

Adapt to on-site challenges by problem-solving and modifying work plans as needed.

3+ years of relevant work experience OR A diploma certificate

Experience overseeing teams and coordinating large-scale projects.

Strong understanding of material selection, safety regulations, and quality control.

Strong communication english skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Experience using Graco Spray Equipment

Ability to work some weekends and nights

NZ Drivers Licence (areas worked are Auckland and surrounds)
