We are looking for a full time Customer Support Representative to work for a well-known Fuel station in Auckland. This role requires you to be flexible with working hours which includes weekends, late evening shifts including public holidays.

You will be required to work between minimum of 30 to maximum of 40 hours between 6am-10pm (Monday-Sunday) as per roaster.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Provide outstanding customer service and build trust and loyalty with our wonderful customers.
  • Assist with customer purchases, price enquiries and special orders
  • Check delivered stock against orders and ensure it is in good condition
  • Replenishing stock of food items, newspapers, miscellaneous items etc.
  • Work with a passionate team to reach sales targets.
  • Processing payments and keeping up to date with daily admin tasks, including general cleanliness and presentation of the store
  • Maintaining high store performance
  • Able to do heavy lifting.

 

Key requirements

  • To be successful you must have relevant work experience of at least 1 year.
  • A natural ability to build rapport with any customer and assist them during their visit.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
  • A proactive approach, motivation to achieve and improve continuously.
  • Clean criminal record and Zero tolerance to drugs at workplace.

 

Salary can be negotiated as per your proven experience level, it will be range from $23.50-$25 per hour.
