Key Responsibilities

Utilising and maintaining a database of potential business leads to identify new business opportunities.

Establishing and maintaining regular communication with targeted and prospective clients, including financial institutions, brokers, and fintech companies, to promote and sell the company’s full range of services.

Analysing client requirements and developing tailored presentations and proposals that address specific business challenges.

Preparing quotations, conducting price negotiations, and finalising contractual agreements.

Collecting and reporting client and market feedback on services to the management team for continuous improvement.

Assisting, where necessary, in the implementation of services purchased by clients.

 

Key Requirements:

Must have at least a bachelor degree in Business, IT, Marketing or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally in ICT or financial services.
