Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, creative, and strategic, with experience in digital advertising, SEO, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer acquisition.

Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Ads to maximize ROI.

Conduct SEO analysis to improve organic search rankings, optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, and execute link-building strategies.

Analyze website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to generate insights and improve campaign performance.

Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.

Develop compelling content strategies in collaboration with designers and content creators to drive engagement and conversions.

Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Liaise with clients to understand their business objectives and provide expert digital marketing solutions.
Days required and hours per week: 30 hours per week, from Monday to Friday
Skills & Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, SEM, PPC, and performance marketing.

Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.

Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).

Ability to analyze complex marketing data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or WordPress is a plus but not mandatory.
