We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our growing team as a Carpentry Assistant. Whether you’re just starting out or already have some experience, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with job site setup and layout preparation

  • Help cut and shape timber for various installation tasks

  • Support the erection and fitting of wood structures and framing

  • Participate in installing timber floors and ceilings

  • Install hardware and fittings under supervision

  • Assist with identifying any hazards, defects, or repair requirements

  • Carry out general repairs and renovation tasks (e.g., removing doors, fixing locks, demolishing fittings)

  • Operate tools, machinery, and equipment responsibly and safely

  • Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and ensure tools are cleaned and stored properly at the end of each day

What We’re Looking For:

  • No prior experience required – full training provided!

  • A hands-on, practical mindset with a willingness to learn

  • Strong work ethic and reliability
