Business Development Manager
Ultrone NZ Ltd is a New Zealand owned and operated insulation company. We are dedicated to providing top-notch insulation services to homes and businesses throughout Auckland Region. Our team of experts has years of experience in the industry, and we are committed to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional service to every customer.
We are currently seeking one permanent, full-time Business Development Manager to grow with our team, with a minimum guaranteed work of 32 hours per week from Monday to Friday. This role is responsible for planning, managing and growing the sales of the business while strategically targeting new business cooperating opportunities and maintaining the development direction.

The duties include:
• Conduct comprehensive research on business services and competitors’ services to have advanced understanding of the current and potential market.
• Set sales goals for the business, create business plans and sales strategies to maximise sales, maintain business reputation with customers and potential partners.
• Direct the development of the business and implement sales strategies to promote the business’s services and attract customers.
• Observe and monitor the implementation of sales strategies and offer necessary guidance on sales staff to help the business increase revenue and boost customer retention.
• Originate and establish strategic plans, driving the formation of new partnerships whilst building on existing relationships.
• Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting customers/partners’ objectives, build strong brand image and create business awareness.
• Develop marketing strategies, and broaden marketing channel through platforms such as Facebook, Little Red Book, Instagram, and WeChat.
• Monitor, analyse and interpret sales data and advise on the matters require attention.
• Understand the needs of customers/partners and be able to respond effectively with alternative sales plans and strategies ensuring meeting these expectations.
• Carry out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes and produce reports for management.
• Establish a great relationship with the wider community and stakeholders.
To be successful you will need to:
- Have at least 3 years relevant work experience, or
- Have a relevant level 6 diploma in Business/Marketing, or have a bachelor level degree
- Have "can-do" attitude and team spirit
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
- Advanced Computer literacy, communication skills and administrative skills

A competitive hourly rate from $35.50 – $40.00 depending on your skills and experience.
