Are you passionate about sales and marketing? BlackHawk Gazebo is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team, where you will play a pivotal part in driving our brand's growth and success. This position is full-time and guarantees 35 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns including content creation, lead generation and audience growth
  • Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling EDMs, visuals and promotional materials
  • Collaborate with sales to drive high-quality quote requests and convert leads into loyal customers
  • Plan and analyse campaign performances and adjust strategies to optimise results
  • Work with offshore teams to oversee Google Ads and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

What we are looking for:

A proactive and results-oriented individual with at least a bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing OR a minimum of three years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.

Experience in social media management, Google Ads and email marketing is desirable.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and improve performance

Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
