Payrate: $31 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 40
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 45

Key Requirements:
At least 3 years or more of relevant experience.
or
At least Level 5 or above relevant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the dairy and Lotto retail store.
Ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflow.
Manage stock levels, place orders, and ensure timely replenishment of products.
Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safetyregulations.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and special service requests professionally.
Ensure proper operation of Lotto terminal and compliance with Lotto NZ requirements.
Perform daily cash handling, reconciliations, and banking tasks accurately.
Maintain records of sales, expenses, and inventory for reporting and auditing.
Implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to increase sales.
Monitor staff performance and assist in scheduling rosters to meet business needs.
