Construction Workers ( 2 Positions )

We are currently seeking 2 enthusiastic and motivated Labourers to join our growing scaffolding team. As a Labourer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our scaffolders and ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our worksites. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting scaffolders with the erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
• Loading, unloading, and transporting scaffolding materials and equipment.
• Ensuring the worksite is clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Following instructions from scaffolders and site supervisors.
• Maintaining and caring for scaffolding tools and equipment.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and company procedures.
• Performing other general labouring duties as required.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience in a labouring role fro atleast 2 years.
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Good level of physical fitness and stamina.
• A commitment to safety.
• Basic understanding of hand tools and power tools is an advantage.
• You should have residency in NZ or a valid work visa.
