We require the candidate:

Have a level of skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification, or at least five years of relevant experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. PR Strategy & Communications

Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance organizational reputation

Advise executives on PR implications of business decisions
2. Media Relations & Publicity
-
Draft press releases and manage media relations
-
Organize press events and manage crisis communications
-
Represent organization at public functions
3. Brand Management
-
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms
-
Promote CSR initiatives and positive public perception
4. Content Development
-
Create speeches, promotional materials and multimedia content
-
Conduct public opinion research to inform strategies
5. Event Management
-
Plan and execute corporate events and public engagements
6. Stakeholder Engagement

Liaise with government, industry groups and partners
-
Manage public inquiries and feedback channels
7. Monitoring & Evaluation

Track media coverage and public sentiment
-
Analyze PR performance and recommend improvements
8. Additional Duties

Perform other related tasks as required
Other details:
Location: Auckland
Term: Permanent full time position
Wage: $32 per hour
Hours of work: Minimum 30 hours per week, Maximum 40 hours per week
Shifted from Monday to Friday
