Registrations of interest are open for dual qualified mechanical and electrical tradesmen for various contract assignments.
About the opportunity:
We are seeking expressions of interest from dual qualified tradesmen with experience in both Mechanical & Electrical work.

We have several projects scheduled to start mid year and the work will involve:
  • Assembly and installation of machinery (materials handling systems, manufacturing equipment)
  • Repairs and maintenance to plant and equipment
  • Machine building
  • Shutdown maintenance work
Contracts are available from 2 - 12 weeks, scheduled to start mid year. The work is Auckland-wide, so get your name on the list early to be considered.

Skills + Experience:
  
To be considered you will need:
  • A relevant Trade Qualification in Mechanical Engineering & Electrical (a Millwright Qualification is also acceptable)
  • A current EWRB Licence
  • At least 3 years experience in a mechanical/electrical role, ideally with experience in large plant or equipment installation
  • An eye for detail and the ability to work with tight tolerances
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a larger team
  • A clean criminal record
Pay + Benefits:
  • Excellent rates are offered in line with skills and experience (GST or PAYE contractors are welcome)
  • Opportunity to be involved with on-going project work (some longer term work is available)
