You will need a proven track record for some years using Xero Accounting SW. with experience.
working in Tourism and Accommodation,

Income very competitive in today’s market. This will grow with your help & input to the business, growth and development. From 2nd year doing the correct tasks, your Income will be far over $100K pa.

As you working with the Incomes and accounting side you should be able to help to grow your
own income that fits in the Business planning with payouts to shareholders.

Working in Takapuna North Shore, Auckland. Office and from Home. Training provided, travel to support Branches, 20 FH offices., over a Billion Doller business NZ wide.

Tasks:

  • To know well the Xero SW Accounting system and set up for deferent companies using Xero. Link to bank accounts.
  • Working with 20 Branches on Ph to Support and help with Accounting training their part they should do using Xero accounting.
  • All communication using Xero to all paying clients / customers. Fully in Place
  • Paper Filling of all divisions.
  • Set up the info forms for licenses. To load on Xero, receive payments and collect payment from Licensee FH payments.
  • Support 20 FH branches in NZ. Please remember you will help with a new setup.
  • Even build on old system that was working from Feb 1980 till now and still is working Internationally.
  • With this new system we build all the same but with all new “AI Technologies.”
  • Plan how accounting can work and work with SW Development team to link actual hotel bookings to accounting system
  • Support 3000 Hotels / motel properties nationally
  • Support service providers nationally
  • Support activity Providers nationally
  • Use Xero accounting to deal with Shares to owners of these shares.
  • Support assist owner / founder work closely
  • Other accounting services to all customers
  • Other support to charted accounting
  • Help with info to Ird so all Gst claims and payments well organised.

  • Bubbly friendly person who likes to service clients / customers with great respect.
  • Professional phone manner and Speaking English correctly with Grammer use in Spelling.
  • Be firm and astute person to always make sure all finances are correctly been dealt with.
  • Work closely with planning with Owner’s to be Tax affective, keep GST in order.
  • Open Minded to constantly save money and help to Build this Business with Pride.
  • Working with small business team supporting mainly 20 Branches F/H offices nationally.
  • All with plan to grow into international market.
  • Be a person think new ideas and be a value and growth to This exciting new Business.
