About the company:
We are a recruitment agency specialising in engineering, trades and operations staff. We have a loyal and growing client base and a small, cohesive team specialising in mainly blue-collar roles.

The role:
We are looking for an outgoing, organised office-based administrator with great customer services skills to support our team. The main duties of the role include:
  • Supporting recruitment consultants (placing ads, screening applicants, reference checking, writing candidate profiles, database searches, placing candidates).
  • Administration support for smooth business operations (database management, recruitment documentation, workflow management).
  • Relationship management with valued customers and contract staff (understanding their needs and providing great service).
  • Candidate care (onboarding of temp and contract staff).
What we are looking for:
This job would suit a results-focused and process driven person who enjoys being part of a dynamic working environment. You’ll need to be flexible to adapt to rapid change. Experience in a recruitment agency would be great but is not essential if you’re a good match to the job requirements. For this role, you will need:
  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service or recruitment support.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • An outgoing, confident and optimistic personality.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and initiative to help the team achieve goals.
  • NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
