Pal and Jaitra Developments Limited is looking for a responsible and motivated Store Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our store. You will manage staff, handle stock, ensure excellent customer service, and help grow the business.

Key Duties:
Store Operations:

Manage daily opening and closing of the store.

Make sure the store is clean, organised, and ready for customers.

Follow company procedures and safety rules.

Work closely with suppliers and service providers.

Stock and Inventory Management:

Order, receive, and manage stock levels.

Organise stocktakes and keep inventory accurate.

Make sure the right products are available for customers.

Sales and Customer Service:

Set sales goals and help the team achieve them.

Plan simple promotions to attract customers.

Help customers with enquiries and solve any complaints professionally.

Finance and Cash Handling:

Monitor daily sales, cash flow, and banking.

Keep simple financial records and report to the owner.

Staff Management:

Hire, train, and supervise store staff.

Create staff rosters and manage shift coverage.

Monitor staff performance and help them improve.

Health and Safety:

Make sure the store is safe for customers and staff.

Follow health, safety, and food safety rules.

Skills and Experience:
At least 2 year of experience in retail management or supervision; OR a Level 4 or higher qualification.
Either Qualification or Work Experience is required

Hours:
Permanent and Full-time work

Minimum: 30 hours per week

Maximum: 40 hours per week

Other Requirements:
Must pass a character check.

May need to pass a drug and alcohol test.

Must have a full and clean driver’s licence.

Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
