We’re looking for someone who isn’t just an excavator operator, but someone who can turn their hand to most things. You must be able to work productively unsupervised and deliver high quality results, attention to detail is very important.

To qualify for this role, you will need to be able to read plans, cut and fill to height, have experience with different attachments and be comfortable working on tricky or tight sites.  Having a class 4 or 5 licence with roadranger experience is very advantageous, but not necessary. This role will give you plenty of variety and build on your existing skillsets to advance your career. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and and police check.

What you will bring to the table:


* NZ Citizenship or Residency
* Class 1  minimum with WTR endorsements
* Based in Christchurch or surrounds - only those already local will be considered, unless there are exceptional circumstances
* Excellent communication skills
* Good level of physical fitness
* Good awareness of health and safety
* Can pass a pre-employment Drug Screening test
* A sense of humour never goes amiss
* A team player, who is able to work unsupervised to a high standard
