What You’ll Do


* Partner with managers to provide expert HR guidance and support across employee lifecycle matters
* Lead initiatives that support workforce planning, performance management, retention, and engagement
* Advise on complex employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, and conflict resolution
* Collaborate with internal teams, including our VisaHub business, to support visa-related workforce planning
* Analyse HR data and trends to develop proactive solutions and strategies
* Support compliance with employment law, awards, and internal policies
 



What We’re Looking For


* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor
* Strong knowledge of New Zealand employment legislation and workplace practices
* Confident in handling complex ER/IR cases
* Experience working with culturally diverse workforces, including migrant and visa-sponsored workers
* Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
* HR-related qualifications are required
* Union experience is preferred
