We’re on the lookout for a versatile and proactive Facilities Supervisor to join our friendly team at a well-established boutique motel. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Trade diploma/certificate will be preferred with 2-3 years work experience.
What You’ll Do:

Manage day-to-day maintenance across the property

Handle basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting

Perform general repairs, groundskeeping, and upkeep

Liaise with suppliers and contractors when needed

Keep maintenance records and stay on top of preventative maintenance
What We’re Looking For:

As our facility is getting older, we would prefer someone with electrical experience or certification

All-rounder skills – plumbing, carpentry, painting, minor IT, etc.

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work without supervision

Flexible with days/hours – we’re a small team and value adaptability

Positive attitude and pride in maintaining high standards
