We’re on the lookout for a versatile and proactive Facilities Supervisor to join our friendly team at a well-established boutique motel. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.

Trade diploma/certificate will be preferred with 2-3 years work experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day maintenance across the property

  • Handle basic electrical repairs and troubleshooting

  • Perform general repairs, groundskeeping, and upkeep

  • Liaise with suppliers and contractors when needed

  • Keep maintenance records and stay on top of preventative maintenance

What We’re Looking For:

  • As our facility is getting older, we would prefer someone with electrical experience or certification 

  • All-rounder skills – plumbing, carpentry, painting, minor IT, etc.

  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work without supervision

  • Flexible with days/hours – we’re a small team and value adaptability

  • Positive attitude and pride in maintaining high standards
