Store Manager

Position: Store Manager
Pay Rate: Minimum $30 per hour and above depending on experience.
Full time- minimum 30 hours per week
Location of work: East Tamaki, Auckland

The Role:
Currently we have a full-time Store Manager position available at our
liquor store located in South Auckland.

Qualifications & experience

• Sales Skills
• Knowledge of the products they are selling, and how they are used
• Knowledge of the Consumer Guarantees Act
• Cash handling and basic math skills
• Knowledge of the employers policies and regulations for operation and sales
• Ability to display stock
• Good communication skills
• Graduation in Business Management
• Licence Controller Qualification must required
• Minimum 2 years experience in Liquor retail in New Zealand

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Great Customer and help them choose products
• Advice customers how to use products
• Manage customer purchases,price enquirers and special orders
• Carry out stock takes and
• Responsible for ordering new stock
• Check Delivered stock against orders and ensure it is in good condition
• Price and display stock
• Handle customer complaints
• Keep the retail space tidy and clean
• Ensure compliance with organisational health and safety regulations and liquor act
