We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our team.
As Project Administrator your role is primarily to be responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of projects that deliver effective financial growth for the Company. You will liaise with, give direction to and develop the team and/or any sub-contractors. You will identify objectives, strategies and action plans to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, that the project's objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly.
Main Responsibilities:
Conceptual development Managing project programming Managing project variations Representing the client's or organisation's interests Providing advice on the management of projects Carrying out risk assessment Making sure that all the aims of the project are met Making sure the quality standards are met Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress Organising the team/s working on a project Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing, etc.
Skills and Experience Required:
Must have atleast three years of proven experience in project administration role or New Zealand diploma or higher qualification. A team member must have good communication skills and also time management skills Must present a good quality and high standard work to the client. Must have an ability to organize and supervise another team member (if applicable) Must have an ability to read architectural drawings (desirable)
Pay Rate:
Minimum - $29.66 per hour
Maximum - $35.00 per hour
Hours of Work:
Minimum - 30 hours per week
Maximum - 32 hours per week
