Retail Supervisor

Job duties may include:

Delivering retail presentation expectations

Looking after the affairs of the store

Ensuring the store process are robust and continuously improved

A focus on providing and driving an exceptional customer service

Assist in determining and analysing competitive price of products

Assist in managing store revenue including cash handling , deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to banks

Communicate ,execute and manage marketing and merchandizing programs

Assist in determining and analysing competitive retail price of product to sell in the store

Ability to lead develop and motivate their team

High level of proven analytical skills

A proven track record of achievement

Researching and sourcing of the product

Assist with hiring, development and training of staff

Desire to lead by example on the shop floor

Support the manager as per the requirements

Competencies:

Able to perform the tasks independently

Exceptional communication and relationship building skills

Excellent understanding of merchandising and store presentation.

Essentials:

Relevant supervisory work experience in retail grocery sector for 1 year or more preferred.

Able to work late in the evening and do the closing of the business

Able to pass drug test and criminal history check if required

Willing to take up split shifts if required for the business

Able to work weekends and public holidays

Have good understanding of business development and management

Hold leadership skills

Hold good communication skills

Number of positions vacant – 2x
Pay Rate - $23.5 - $30 per hour
Full Time- 40 hours week is guaranteed or more
