About the role

This role is primarily responsible for conducting thorough inspections of residential properties, commercial buildings and land. You’ll need a great eye for detail ensuring that properties are maintained to the highest standard and you can identify any potential issues.

Evaluating property conditions you will maintain accurate and detailed inspection reports and provide recommendations for property improvements. With great communication skills you can easily engage with stakeholders across the business and achieve results within required timeframes.

About you

You must be a self-starter who likes getting out and about and can work well independently. You’ll be physically fit and able to walk distances to complete land inspections.  With a proactive approach and positive attitude you can identify health and safety concerns and actively seek opportunities to make improvements.

Additionally, you will possess the following:

  • An ability to liaise with a diverse range of people
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with great time management skills
  • Current full driver’s license
