We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Staircase Designer to oversee end-to-end staircase design processes, from conceptualization to construction. You will integrate aesthetics, functionality, and safety to deliver customized staircase solutions for clients, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure project efficiency.  

1. Requirement Analysis & Design
   - Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to define design needs, budgets, and functional requirements.  
   - Develop staircase design proposals (materials, styles, dimensions) aligned with spatial constraints, architectural styles, and regulatory standards.  
   - Produce 2D/3D renderings, technical drawings, and construction documentation.  

2. Technical Execution 
   - Utilize CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD), 3D modeling tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit), or BIM tools to create precise designs.  
   - Calculate load-bearing structures, tread dimensions, and other parameters to comply with safety codes (e.g., international/local building regulations).  
   - Recommend materials (wood, metal, glass, etc.) and provide cost estimates.  

3. Project Coordination
   - Work closely with construction teams, suppliers, and engineers to resolve technical challenges during implementation.  
   - Monitor construction progress to ensure design integrity and quality.  
   - Participate in project inspections and post-completion reviews.  

4. Innovation & Research
   - Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., sustainable materials, smart staircase systems) and propose innovative solutions.  
   - Maintain a design case library to enhance team productivity.
