About the opportunity:
We are seeking expressions of interest from experienced Mechanical & Maintenance Fitters for a project scheduled to start in the next 2 months. The work will involve:
  • Assembly and installation of machinery (materials handling systems, manufacturing equipment)
  • Repairs and maintenance to plant and equipment
  • Shutdown maintenance work
Skills + Experience:
  
To be considered you will need:
  • A relevant Trade Qualification in Engineering
  • At least 3 years experience as a Mechanical Fitter, ideally with some experience in large plant or equipment installation
  • An eye for detail and the ability to work with tight tolerances
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a larger team
  • A clean criminal record
Pay + Benefits:
  • Excellent rates offered in line with skills and experience (GST or PAYE contractors welcome)
  • Opportunity to be involved with on-going project work (some longer term work is available)
