We require an office manager to manage our office. This job is only available for a minimum of 30 hours of week's work. Salary range will be $25-$30 per hour.

You will have to manage the paperwork regarding the salaries, contracts and other stuff related to running of our vegetable business. We are happy to provide training and proper induction to the right candidate.

 

 

To get this role, you should be an educated individual with either a Graduate Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree with good drafting skills and understanding of your work. As an ideal candidate, you'll be well organised, proactive and can keep our busy office running smoothly.

Key tasks:

  • Oversee general office operations
  • Plan and review office services
  • Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases to ensure efficient running of office
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Review and approve office supply acquisitions
  • Allocate available resources and human resources to enable successful task performance
  • Assign, evaluate and mange staff performance
  • Manage internal staff relations and resolve any conflicts as they arise
  • Prepare detailed reports on attendance, payroll, petty cash and basic office accounting
  • Liaise with business contacts, contractors and suppliers to ensure operation runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Manage records and accounts of the office
  • Establish and monitor procedures for record keeping
  • Co-ordinate schedules, appointments and bookings
  • Handle inquiries and complaints
  • Maintain safe and secure working environment
  • Ensure compliance with all government legislation, procedures and policies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
