Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy individual to provide comprehensive personal assistance, IT support, and administrative services to work in the company provide financial and mortgage advice . The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a variety of tasks with efficiency and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle a variety of personal tasks and errands with efficiency and discretion.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, manage correspondence and calendars, and record meeting minutes as required.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
  • Always uphold the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and business documentation.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks and accurate data entry.
  • Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar administrative or support role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, particularly in a high-pressure environments.
  • Proactive and confident, with a solution-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Solid knowledge of IT systems with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric and detail-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Tertiary qualifications preferred.

 Experience in Digital Marketing Skills will be preferred: -

·      Website & SEO Management: Maintain our WordPress-based website, optimise content for SEO, and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

·      Social Media Management: Create and schedule content, monitor engagement, and report on performance.

·      Campaign Reporting: Track analytics and measure the impact of campaigns to inform improvements.

·      Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

·      Experience with WordPress CMS and basic website maintenance.

·      Demonstrated SEO/SEM knowledge (e.g., keyword research, Google Ads).

·       Creating engaging content for our website and social media channels, with AI tools.
