Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle a variety of personal tasks and errands with efficiency and discretion.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, manage correspondence and calendars, and record meeting minutes as required.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Always uphold the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and business documentation.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and accurate data entry.
- Procure office supplies and oversee inventory management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar administrative or support role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, particularly in a high-pressure environments.
- Proactive and confident, with a solution-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Solid knowledge of IT systems with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-centric and detail-oriented approach.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Tertiary qualifications preferred.
Experience in Digital Marketing Skills will be preferred: -
· Website & SEO Management: Maintain our WordPress-based website, optimise content for SEO, and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
· Social Media Management: Create and schedule content, monitor engagement, and report on performance.
· Campaign Reporting: Track analytics and measure the impact of campaigns to inform improvements.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Experience with WordPress CMS and basic website maintenance.
· Demonstrated SEO/SEM knowledge (e.g., keyword research, Google Ads).
· Creating engaging content for our website and social media channels, with AI tools.
