We are looking for two (2) Electronics Tecnician. This is full time permanent position with minimum of 30 hours per week. The job is based in Auckland region.
The job duties may include but not limited :

Diagnosing and repairing electronic and mechanical hardware

Diagnose and repair faults in mobile phones, laptops, tablets, smart wearables, and other electronic devices.

Perform board-level repairs, micro-soldering, and component replacements when
necessary. -
Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and industry best practices to identify faults.

Conduct software troubleshooting, firmware updates, and system reinstallation as needed.

Assist with data backup, data wiping, and security compliance for customers, Providing technical support via phone, email, or in person

Managing service documentation and job records with accuracy

Configuring and staging hardware prior to dispatch

Maintaining technical product knowledge and reporting recurring issues
- Ensure all repairs meet company and industry standards before returning devices to
customers. - Conduct final quality control testing on all repaired devices.
- Maintain high success rates with minimal rework or customer returns.
- Accurately log all repairs, parts used, and completed work in the company’s system.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety protocols and workplace safety regulations.
- Ensure secure handling and proper tracking of customer devices.
- Work closely with customer service representatives to provide technical insights and repair updates.
- Collaborate with team members on complex repair cases, sharing expertise and
knowledge. - Assist in training other technicians or new hires if required and sharing technical expertise.
- Support in maintaining a clean and organised workstation and adhering to safety
regulations. - Provide feedback on repair processes to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
Qualification:
Diploma in IT/Computers/Harware or any relevant qualification or vendor certification or 3 years relevant expereince
